I am a registered Psychotherapist, Psychologist and Counsellor based in EH1 area of Edinburgh and and I welcome anyone who feels that psychotherapy and counseling may be of help. Challenging relationships, life events or situations can sometimes take us by surprise; other times they can be overwhelming. That’s why it’s helpful to take a step back and talk to a counsellor who can help you make sense of what is happening – not just around us, but also within us. It is in counselling that we move towards making lasting change and healing these wounds.
